E.g. if you are bringing 1 caravan and 2 tents then please select the appropriate quantities from the items below and added them to your shopping basket. Please note you will not be charged for these, but it does help us provide the correct facilities for you during the festival.

| 1. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd will send you a voucher/email confirmation to exchange for a wristband when you arrive |
| 2. | Refunds before 1st August will attract a £5 administration charge - we cannot make refunds after 1st August |
| 3. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd will run the programme as advertised unless we are affected by circumstances beyond our control |
| 4. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay compensation |
| 5. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses or damage to any vehicles, equipment or personal belongings while attending any festival event, activity or on the festival campsite |
| 6. | No animals (except guide dogs) allowed in the concert venues and at the discretion of the management in the pubs |
| 7. | Unauthorised photographic, video or audio recording or reproduction of artists is prohibited |
| 8. | Purchase of a ticket implies consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival |
| 9. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder from any venue for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival |
| 10. | All persons on the festival campsite will be subject to the camp site rules and condition 8 above |
| 11. | Bideford Folk Festival will not sell camping tickets to young people aged under 16 years separately |
| 12. | All under 16's must be supervised by an adult ticket holder on the camp site |
