| 2. | If you wish you may exchange your e-ticket for tickets at the Festival Box Office, the Arts Centre, Bideford, from 10am on Monday 11th August |
| 3. | Refunds before 1st August will attract a £5 administration charge - we cannot make refunds after 1st August |
| 4. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd will run the programme as advertised unless we are affected by circumstances beyond our control |
| 5. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay compensation |
| 6. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses or damage to any vehicles, equipment or personal belongings while attending any festival event, activity or on the festival campsite |
| 7. | No animals (except guide dogs) allowed in the concert venues and at the discretion of the management in the pubs |
| 8. | Unauthorised photographic, video or audio recording or reproduction of artists is prohibited |
| 9. | Purchase of a ticket implies consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival |
| 10. | Bideford Folk Festival Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder from any venue for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival |
