It’s the first year that Bideford Folk festival comes to the Tavern in the Port which is situated in Bridge Street. The ideal location and atmospheric bar will provide a fitting stage for the artistes to shine and for enthusiasts to revel in.

The sessions and performances will take place in the Wheels Bar a self contained area with superb acoustics and a great atmosphere. Wonderful if you are already a fan of Folk and Blues music and a great place to get your first taste. The bar will be stocked with all the usual suspects plus a choice of locally produced real ales.

Make a night of it

Table service and fine home cooked meals will be available before and during the sessions and performances, so why not make a night of it. Eat, Drink, Relax, listen to some great music and be merry at the Tavern in the Port.
